“Why not go out on a limb? That’s where the fruit is.” – Will Rogers
Well, the last post said “failure is not only the mother of success”.
Meaning that you have to get off your ass and do something. Then maybe fail. Then do it again. Then fail. And repeat this process until you finally succeed.
Most people give up. Most don’t even start. Most people are losers, wedded to the religion of comfort and ease, unwilling to take risks.
But for the risk-taker, the sky’s the limit.
I challenge you to be strong, be brave, be fearless and overcome all your obstacles, one by one.
Take Defeat by the horns, and master it.

It’s a shallow life that doesn’t give a person a few scars.” Garrison Keillor, Canadian Hockey Star
Adventure is what happens when you just did something stupid.” Professor Bernie, Canadian Hockey Star

It is easy to follow, but it is uninteresting to do easy things. We find out about ourselves only when we take risks, when we challenge and question. Magdalena Abakanowicz
For to everyone who has will more be given, and he will have an abundance. But from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away. Matthew 25:29 CEV
1 Send your resources out over the seas;
eventually you will reap a return.
2 Divide your merchandise into seven or eight shares,
since you don’t know what disasters may come on the earth.
3 If the clouds are full of rain,
they empty themselves on the earth.
Whether a tree falls toward the north or the south,
the place where the tree falls is where it stays.
4 He who keeps watching the wind will never sow;
he who keeps looking at the clouds will never reap.
5 Just as you don’t know the way of the wind
or how bones grow in a pregnant woman’s womb,
so you don’t know the work of God,
the maker of everything.
6 In the morning, sow your seed;
and don’t slack off until evening;
for you don’t know which sowing will succeed,
this, or that, or if both will do well.
7 Then the light will be sweet,
and it will be a pleasure to see the sun.
8 For if a person lives many years,
let him take joy in them all;
yet remembering that there will be many days of darkness,
that all to come is futile.
Ecclesiastes 11:1 – 6 CJB
Expect the best. Prepare for the worst. Capitalize on what comes. Zig Ziglar
